SHIPPING POLICY

 

We ship to destinations all over the world. Items will usually be sent out within 2 business days of receipt of your order and confirmation of payment.

 

Orders in Canada will be shipped by Expedited Post and take 2 - 7 business days.

 

Orders to the United States will be shipped by Airmail or UPS. UPS orders to the United States take from 3 to 6 business days. Airmail usually takes from 5 days to 2 weeks.

 

International orders outside of Canada or the U.S.A. are shipped by airmail and usually take 1 to 2 weeks.

Due to size and weight, some products can be sent by envelope. Please contact us for lower shipping costs within Canada.

RETURN POLICY

 

Merchandise may be returned for refund less shipping cost and 15% restocking / handling fee within 30 days of purchase date. All returns must be unused with original packing slip enclosed. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
